New York City has some strange “rules”. But the New York subway has a pretty funny one. Watch to see what it is and how New Yorkers took advantage of it – I wish I was the genius who came up with this idea.
I’ll be on the subway, and I’ll definitely be looking at the conductors to see if they’re following “the rules”.
