On Wednesday, I took my two best friends – Samantha and Alexis – to a spin class at Believe Fitness NY. Let’s just say, two days later and I’m still a little sore! I’ve been to a few spin classes before, but going to a new studio is always a fun challenge.
Our instructor, Teresa, was SO in shape – she went from one class to our spin class and was not even out of breath! Props to her. Spin class is an hour long and it’s all about pushing yourself. The reason why I love spin class is because of the music – it really takes your mind off of your burning legs.
Believe Fitness also offers a ton of other classes like TRX, Hot Yoga, and Pilates. They even offer a student discount for college students – which I’m definitely thinking about getting! They even offer pre and post workout smoothies. If you want your smoothie ready right after class, they’ll have it waiting for you!
I definitely recommend Believe Fitness to any one who is looking to get out of their boring weight lifting routine. The classes are affordable and it’s a great environment!
